Big Red Bus

Riding around the streets of London in this infamous red bus is probably the best experience. The diversity of everyone on board is truly breathtaking, from old to young. Wealthy to poor, they have it all! Sitting on the top deck and observing the iconic black cab make its way through the narrow streets is appealing. You cant forget about the tiny bikers whizzing through the bike lanes like tiny bullets.

The weather was truly mesmerizing, it was sunny but not too hot, perfect for spending the

afternoon at Hyde Park. My favorite part was probably when we rode the boats onto the lake. The swans and ducks claimed the lake as theirs as they swam across not bothered by anyone or any boat.

We went to Oxford street like 5 times during this two week trip just because of the great products on offer... (and if you know me at all you will probably know I enjoy to go on shopping sprees). My dad and brother wouldn't usually join us because they know very well that they will be fed up after a while. So it was just my mum, my sister and I. After we went crazy with the shopping we ate in a cute little Italian restaurant. I loved our wide range of restaurant choices, it took us a while to finally decide where to eat, and the food was great.

I love Harry Potter, so i told my parents that we were not going to leave London without visiting Kings Cross Station and seeing the infamous platform 9 3/4. I was in awe, i felt as though i was going to Hogwarts, and i did not want to leave.

We also went to Sherlock Home's museum at 221B, Bakers Street and i really enjoyed learning more about the great detective and how he solved mysteries with Dr. Watson. His house was very small even though it was shared between 3 people, Sherlock, Dr. Watson and Mrs. Hudson.

The last time we went to London, we visited Madam Tussauds, the famous wax museum. This time, we went again and it has changed dramatically. I really enjoyed seeing all the realistic wax figures of celebrities and Marvel heroes. My favorite Wax figure was probably the Micheal Jackson and Beyonce ones, because i remember seeing them 7 years ago and i love the developments they made to the original wax figures.

Overall London was a blast and i really enjoyed spending my time there. I definitely plan on going again next summer with my family.
